From 20th October 2008, the calculation period of Net Asset Value, Value of Investment Units, Offer Price and Bid Price of all of our Foreign Investment Funds (FIFs) will be completed on the next working day from the relevant trade date and will be announced in the following two working days from the relevant trade date. As a result of the change, any switch out transactions made from our FIFs to non-FIFs will cease from 20th October 2008. The above implementation is done in light of clause 24 of each of the above funds' prospectuses.

* On 14th March 2007, Aberdeen Flexible Income Fund changed its name to Aberdeen Thai Equity Dividend Fund. Its investment policy was changed from a mixed fund which mainly invests in debt instrument to an equity fund which invests in Thai common stocks constituting at least 65% of the fund's NAV.

** For comparison purpose, from 28th September 2007, Aberdeen restated the relevant THB translated benchmark to the THB Citibank onshore rate since inception of the fund accordingly.

*** On 12th October 2007, Aberdeen Income Gold Fund changed its name to Aberdeen Cash Creation Fund. Its investment policy was changed from a fixed income fund to a money market fund
